Im hoping im well enough to open back up on monday.

(Shingles) ....its about a 7/10 on the pain scale
Once I have cleared my work load at the workshop ill start bookings again

2019 harley davidson street glide💯❤️‍🔥

Came into our workshop on a trailer with a locked up motor😬
Steps of diagnosis
Measured oil that came out of engine block,turned out to be 150mls wich is good so that you'd me the scavenger pump was fine👌
Checked all earth wires
Pulled the sparkplugs out to check if motor was hydro locked with fuel..dry
Pulled starter motor out and reconditioned it whilst it was out
Rocked the harley back and forth in 5th gear,still jamming up solid
So I then moved on to taking the primary cover off and found the compensator pulley in pieces wich locked up against the dyno/stater
Ordered a new screaming eagle aftermarket pulley and resembled the bike back together
Took it for a road test and it run and drove like a dream💯👌

We had the motor stripped and put back together within the hour fixed

Pulled out the plastic welding skills on this motorbike pull start mechanism that broke on the customer
Transformed a piece of plastic from an air filter into the part we needed for the flywheel💯👌

We also do plastic welding on basically everything so don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you're needing something plastic welded back together or something made from scratch 👌

Turned out to be the high pressure fuel pump oil gaskets so we replaced them with a full kit
Also threw in a new water pump while we had the car👌

While we had it in the shop we also gave it a full polish
Alot of hand rubbing those chrome parts with autosoul and to finish the paint off we used boss gloss
