HBOMB Customs & Classics

HBOMB Customs & Classics Specialising in the restoration & customization of classic & vintage motor vehicles for 2 decades.

HBOMB CUSTOMS & CLASSICS is a Classic, Custom and Vintage Car Restoration Company established by Hadleigh Oudemans in 2006. Hadleigh took a leap of faith after managing a shop for over 3 years, knowing that if he didn't start what he was passionate about....it would never happen. He commenced his business with the many "Old Skool" skills given to him by various, highly skilled tradesmen throughout

his early years in the panel beating trade, and with a healthy reputation in the local area he got the small business booming. As the niche business grew, people talked, and the workshop rapidly filled up. Hadleigh began to hand pick some incredible, skilled fella's to join him in the quest to provide people with what they had only dreamed of....near perfection! Many clients began to trust that a full restoration was no problem for Hadleigh and the team....and so the word "Enterprise" fast became the terminology used for the phenomenon that is...HBOMB Customs & Classics. The company offers full or partial restoration of many types of Classic Vehicles, Motorcycles, and in some cases Caravans. The company has many different types of sheet metal forming machines e.g. “Pullmax, Wheeling machine, Shrinker/Stretcher, Swaging Jenny’s, Folders etc, so pre-fabricating up replacement tin is a walk in the park. Various motorcycle tanks have been made from scratch, and the team also work closely with a buddy who uses a CNC machine to shape or carve out them impossible to find parts. Now backed by the biggest in refinishing, HBOMB Customs have a full Glasurit Refinishing system in place, used to provide their clients with the best and most reliable paints available in the world today. A full restorative refinishing procedure has been formulated for the Company, to allow the HBOMB Paintshop a start to stop, guaranteed finish, of nothing less than the best. Comprehensive photographic evidence is filed as projects make their way through the restorative process, which is all that is needed to assure that quality still does exist in this industry today. Light mechanical work is carried out in house, and the same goes for electrical or upholstery work, and reputable companies working alongside HBOMB Customs come on board to become part of the project when needed. The Company services many clientele around New Zealand, whose testimonies show the diligence of service and the quality of the workmanship and finish. The Company's workmanship speaks for itself, bringing out enthusiasts and repeat clients from all around the country who are seeking the best quality restoration today's money can buy. The restorative industry is very much alive, and HBOMB Customs ambition is to stay passionate about providing the service that is on offer, and provide the enthusiast with a restoration that can be surpassed by very few.

I have well and truly enjoyed ticking along in business with a slower economy, especially when it’s given me the opportunity to enjoy this amazing truck that we restored about 18 months ago.

After many school balls, weddings, and a couple of car shows and Sunday cruises, we have decided that Black Betty needs a new home, so after countless nights considering various options with the team at Sunday Drive, this beautiful, better than new truck will be sold with no reserve next weekend at the Ayrburn classic car show in Arrowtown, NZ. About 40-50 exquisite cars will be up for auction next weekend, but I wanted it to be something really special and decided if I take her to the auction, I’m not coming home with her. Brave, but definitely excited!

There’s always plenty of projects on the go here at HBOMB Customs and Classics, so it’s time to shift up a gear and smash out some more.
