This character home is being beautifully restored.
We made a mould off an original cornice section and reproduced two, 5 metre lengths for Grant Jenkins Contracting to install.

Out to Levels raceway today for a skid in this driftcar.
We sponsor Thomas Chittock with this BMW.
I've always been curious what it would be like drifting?.
It's insane how he throws the car round and reverses into the hairpin!

Rebuilt this Shelby Mustang bonnet that had flipped open while driving.
The inner frame was damaged all over and missing a corner.
We pieced it back together again and made a mould, then increased the size of the bonding flanges so they could be trimmed back to a uniform size all around.
Made a new complete inner frame.
Glassed in a couple of new, stainless steel threaded hinge plates, then bonded the new frame into the original Shelby bonnet skin, while positioned in a wooden jig that we'd made to hold the bonnet skin in correct shape.

The underside of 'Stevenson Express' is resprayed.
Trailer has had some engineering done and a respray too.
Next stage is to make new cockpit coamings, as we're restoring her back to original.

Remember, we are now operating from our new building at 28 D Turnbull st Timaru.

We Recently converted this 32 foot cat from raceboat to sportsboat.
We removed the F 16 canopies and grafted on a Stealth cockpit.
Owner is taking care of paint and interior fit out.

Just made this replacement mudguard for this caravan.
The original one was smashed to pieces due to a tyre blowout.
We used the opposite side mudguard as a mould to make this replacement.
