WE ARE HIRING....

We are looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry)

Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Word, email, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Prior experience is a plus but not required

Working Hours: 8.30am -5.00pm Monday to Friday

WE ARE HIRING….

Due to an increase in workload, we are now looking to fill 2 positions:

1) We have a fulltime panelbeating position available, ideally suited to a 2nd-3rd year apprentice, or a qualified tradesman. However, an apprenticeship position may be offered to the right candidate.
2) We are also looking for a car groomer. This position is 20 – 25hrs a week Wednesday to Friday. You must have excellent attention to detail and previous experience is preferable, but not necessary.

Happy New Year everyone!

We will be reopening on Monday 9th January.

We are expecting a large influx of insurance assessments from the holiday period which may mean a slight delay when you come to see us.

Please contact your insurance company and ensure you have a claim underway before you bring your vehicle to us.

You can come in anytime from 7am to 4pm Monday to Thursday for your assessment.

You will have good knowledge of the automotive industry and be capable of carrying out all types of repair work from the smallest of jobs to large structural repairs.

Excellent time management skills are required, and you must be able to take on instructions.

You will require a driver’s license and be either a NZ citizen, NZ resident, or have the appropriate work visa in place.

LEVEL 3 UPDATE:

Devoy Panelworks will be open for business operating at Alert Level 3 from 7am, Wednesday 1st September.

We will be making contact with all our clients who had bookings during the Alert Level 4 lockdown to discuss your new book in date.

As of Wednesday, we will be able to carry out all insurance related assessments for you. These of course will be contactless. Please phone to make a booking.

Please be assured that all of our staff will be trained according to Level 3 guidelines.

If you currently have a vehicle on site or booked in for repairs, we will be in contact.

All client vehicles will be cleaned and sanitised before and after repairs.

Rest assured that Devoy Panelworks will be abiding by all Level 3 Covid-19 safety guidelines.
