CST Group - Water Services Bulk Water Delivery & Drinking Water Supply for the Waikato Region. Our potable water is all taken from designated council fill points and is safe to drink.

CST Water (Formerly known as Waikato Water and Cartage - still the same owners) are a family owned and operated company based in Cambridge, servicing the Waikato region. We provide water delivery services throughout the Waikato region, including water tank refills, swimming pool filling, water tank cleaning and water tank hire. We are able to deliver over 13,000 litres in a load, and 23,000 litres

by truck and trailer if the property access allows. We have several trucks operating throughout the Waikato including Cambridge, Hamilton, Morrinsville, Te Awamutu and surrounding areas. We take pride in complying with Health and Safety regulations and we are Department of Health registered. Our trucks are highly maintained to ensure your water delivery is of the highest standard.

INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE IS HOW WE BUILD A STRONGER BUSINESS.

Yesterday, Kylee, Clara and Anna from the CST Group office team attended the Ownership Mindset Workshop hosted by UBT.

The workshop is designed to empower individuals to think like owners, take greater accountability, and create value every day. It's about building confidence, initiative, and a mindset that drives positive outcomes, for both the individual and the business.

At CST Group, we believe that great businesses are built by great people. That's why we're committed to continually investing in the development of our team, not just to build skills, but to empower every person to make decisions, solve problems, and contribute to the ongoing growth of our business and the success of our clients.

When our people grow, our business grows.

The ladies thoroughly enjoyed the workshop, with the experienced lineup of presenters sharing practical, real-life insights that challenged their thinking and reinforced the value of an ownership mindset. It was also a great opportunity to network with other businesses, exchange ideas, and learn from the experiences of like-minded professionals.

MEET ROSS BREWER

If you’ve called, or worked with CST Group recently, there’s a good chance you’ve already dealt with Ross.

As General Manager at CST Group, Ross plays a key role in keeping the business moving across our Liquid Waste, Industrial, Water, and Factory divisions. From supporting the team and working with clients, through to planning jobs, improving systems, and helping drive the business forward, Ross is involved across a wide range of day-to-day operations.

At CST Group there is plenty going on, and Ross is usually right in the middle of it.

What he enjoys most about the job is working with a great team, solving problems for customers, and helping CST Group continue to grow while staying true to its values.

At CST Group, we’re here to help, and Ross is a big part of making sure that happens.

FAVOURITE PART OF THE BUSINESS
Ross enjoys the variety. No two days are the same, “there is normally something crappy to sort out” 😊.

OUTSIDE OF WORK
Ross enjoys a good road trip, preferably down a route not travelled before, and spending time with his wife and 3 boys when he’s not working in the business.

DREAM ADVENTURE
A proper family holiday, somewhere warm (a fire at the beach), with a little phone reception just in case it's urgent😊.
