We are pleased to be able to have a few less restrictions moving into Alert Level 2.

A few reminders of how we are operating:

SERVICE:
- Bookings to be made by phone or via our website (bookings are essential)
- Contactless drop off/pick up (where possible)
- Contactless payment (where possible)
- Customer vehicles will be sanitised on drop off and again before pick up (all high touch areas; door handles, steering wheel, handbrake etc)
- If you need to enter the premises, please scan in, wear a mask and keep 2m distance from others at all times. This is mandatory.

SALES:
- Our gates are open for you to browse and enquire. Vehicles will be locked so we advise you browse via our website and make an appointment to book a test drive.
- Please scan in, wear a mask and keep 2m distance from others at all times.
- Test Drive/Trade In Appraisal/Delivery - By appointment only. Max. of 2 people in any one buying group.
- Vehicles to be sanitised before and after use. All high touch areas.
- Finance applications, payment, documentation is all contactless and paperless. Office access open to those unable to complete documentation online.

MATAMATA IS OPEN. Above restrictions apply.

We are pleased to advise that we are open and operating safely at Alert Level 3 at our Te Aroha premises. Matamata is closed as we have decided the site is not suitable to operate in a contactless way.

- ​Browse and Enquire via our website or by phone. One of our staff will be sure to answer any of your questions
- Test Drive/Trade In Appraisal/Delivery - By appointment only. Max. of 2 people in any one buying group. Masks are mandatory, if you do not have one, we will provide one.
- Vehicles to be sanitised before and after use. All high touch areas.
- Finance applications, payment, documentation is all contactless and paperless.

We are happy to be open in the safest way possible to keep our staff working and helping to do our bit to protect the community.
We will be re-opening Matamata under Level 2 and hope that it isn't too far away.

Thoughts are with our Te Aroha and Matamata communities at this difficult time. Due to the Government announcement of moving to Alert Level 4, Summit Motors will be closed until Saturday 21st August, 2021, or in line with any further announcements.
