Late model vehicles and hard to get parts are not a good combination.

The owners of this van had left the cap off the def tank and caused the adblue to crystallise in the tank, lines and the injector. Pricing it up was nearly 7k worth of parts and labour. an extremely common, expensive and drawn out process to repair with new parts and more than likely to happen again.

Lucky for them we have the skills and equipment to re-write the ecu software to get rid of the painful emissions drama for good.

Bit too cold for this early morning tune in Taupo.
Customer broke down with an adblue fault in his late model Audi Q7 TDi and is now on his way back home after a simple reflash to delete the adblue system.

24-7 service this time however without a smile.

Thanks to the Hilton Taupo for the power supply.

ECU sent over from Australia to be tuned and sent back the same day.More power, better economy, no more egr or dpf drama...

2025 HYBRID HILUX IN FOR A DPF DELETE, EGR OFF AND STAGE 1 TUNE. Customer is stoked with the change in fuel economy. 13.7l down to 9l per 100kms. The tune literally pays for itself in a few tanks of diesel.

More power, no dpf dramas all while using less fuel. Call me if you want some of this for your late model Ute.
