Herley Boats is looking for a **Boatbuilder – Marine Fit-Out** to join our team in Tauranga.
This role is focused on the fit-out and finishing stages of our custom aluminium boats, including interior panels, cabinetry, hardware, electrical, plumbing, and general boatbuilding work.
We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and detail-focused, with good hands-on skills and pride in their workmanship.
Marine experience would be ideal, but we’d also be interested in hearing from people with cabinet making, joinery, caravan/motorhome fit-out, or similar trade experience.
Full-time preferred, but we’re open to discussing options with the right person.
