So after 6 hard years of opening my own workshop in Tauriko servicing and repairing all makes and models of cars, due to consistently increasing running costs of our little business we have decided to close the doors on this chapter. Last day was today. I would just like to say a massive thank you to all of my customers over the years who have supported our business. Also a massive thank you to my mum and dad who supported me when starting up and believed in my dream. Also a massive thank you to my partner Wendy Scott who has not only supported me but also worked and put up with me for the last two years. You are a star. Love you.
But on the plus side I am not going far. I will be joining the great team at Progressive Automotive just round the corner at 6/82 Taurikura Drive, Tauriko from next Monday 20th November. So please come and visit me and the team there instead. We can do all your car needs from wofs, to servicing, air conditioning, auto electrical and anything else that you can think of car related. So come see Caleb, Aaron, Steffan and now Andrew at Progressive Automotive. 07 543 3116.

A couple of snaps from my last game as a BOP football referee from last weekend. Tauranga city vs Fencibles. Was a very good quality game of football. Was so glad that all my family and some very good friends came to watch my last game. Thanks Paul and Barb and Brett Willis for coming. Mum and Dad and Wendy Scott and family. Also a huge thank you to Tauranga City for allowing my three children walk out with the teams for the hand shake. Means a lot to have my family there. Now to enjoy retirement. Thank you to all the friends that I have made during my refereeing years. Was good to go out with the two best referees in the bay. Paul shakes and Andrew mcAlister for one last hurra. Thanks one and all.

Haven’t posted for a while as we have been quite busy. Could I please ask all customers to be aware of shipping issues with car parts out of Auckland. We had an email from nz couriers yesterday saying that they were not couriering non essential parts out of Auckland. I thought cars were essential for us to get around to doctors, work, hospital, pick up food etc but clearly not. So there could be a delay with repairs to your vehicles for a while. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Day one of the new expanded Andrews automotive. New hoist just arrived. Now we have more room and another hoist to carry out all your servicing and repair requirements. Come and visit our new improved workshop. Same place. Just bigger.
