2022 Kia Stinger GT Sport 3.3L Petrol | Dyno Development

The twin-turbo 3.3L Stinger offers strong performance from factory, but careful calibration can further improve how that performance is delivered.

This vehicle was developed on the Alt Tune 4WD dyno, with the custom ECU calibration focused on sharper throttle response, stronger torque delivery and smooth, consistent performance across the rev range.

Testing the calibration in-house allows our team to review power delivery and drivability under controlled conditions before making the solution available to our dealer network.

Covering 1.0 and 1.2 MPI engines, along with 1.0, 1.5 and 1.6 T-GDI petrol applications from 2020 onwards, this update expands tuning opportunities across popular models including the i20 N, i30, Kona, Tucson, Ceed, Sportage and more.

John Deere S7 700 | ECU Tune & EGR Solution

Completed through our professional ECU file service for a machine operating in South West Queensland, Australia.

Following calibration, the operator reported the machine now holds 9.5–10 km/h through the crop, up from 8–8.5 km/h previously, with improved load handling and no further EGR-related heat issues.

With stronger torque delivery under load and improved recovery when conditions get tough, the machine is maintaining performance more consistently throughout the day.

KESS3 Upgrade 3.34 introduces OBD and BENCH protocols for Continental UTCU3 transmission control units fitted to a wide range of Ford, Lincoln and Volkswagen vehicles from 2017 onwards.

The update extends coverage across popular applications, including the Ford Ranger, Ranger Raptor, F-150, Mustang, Transit and Volkswagen Amarok, giving workshops more opportunities to offer both ECU and automatic transmission services.

OBD management is also available through Powergate, supporting guided remote reading and writing directly on the customer’s vehicle.

Custom Dyno Tune – 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser 79 Series 4.5L 1VD
⚙️ Heavy-duty clutch & EGR solution

For this manual 79 Series, developing the right calibration meant balancing stronger performance with controlled torque delivery through the drivetrain.

The 4.5L 1VD was calibrated on the Alt Tune 4WD dyno to improve throttle response, usable torque and overall drivability. With the increase in torque, a heavy-duty clutch was required to reliably transfer the additional output.

The calibration was tested and validated in-house, giving our dealer network access to a proven solution backed by real dyno development.
