Ok my amazing followers, friends and strangers... We're selling our lovely show model! We've used it for a season and LOVED it and we're SOOO happy with the design, but a family of 4 just isnt working (for now) so our camper is for sale as we've purchased a pop top. We'll be back again and will build something else spectacular maybe next year? But this show model is now up for sale!

Easter getaway with New Zealand Teardrop Camper Trailers group. Beautiful spot, beautiful weather, and amazing people! Getting chilly, so time for bed, but hope to find a couple more photos to post later!
Our old camper is here too, so a nice reunion as well :-)

This is what our first Teardrop looked like 7 years ago! What an exciting time that was! 5.5 weeks to turn the biggest solidworks model we had ever made, to a camper that was (mostly) watertight and on the road just in time for an end of summer trip with a big group of friends!
That camper had seen a LOT of trips over the years, and got a fair few modifications along the way! It really taught us what we did and didn't need, and that all got translated into our current design. All people are different, and everyone has different wants and needs, but we couldn't be happier with the design we have come up with! It ticks all the boxes we wanted it to tick for a teardrop camper! And we owe a lot of it to that first little camper, built in a rental property double garage with a welder, corded drill, a cheap jigsaw, a borrowed router, and a bunch of help from some very good friends!

Staying dry when it rains non-stop for 2 days makes camping in the rain much more enjoyable! Solar didn't keep up though, but the EV had enough battery power to keep us going for a little while ;-)
Many naps between reading books and cooking delicious treats were had this weekend. Did any of you get out and about?

Off on another adventure to Kai Iwi Lakes with the Drive EV Tesla Model S called "Hulk"! The towing champion :-)

Tomorrow we are going to put this from Drive EV to the test! Towing one of our to fully loaded with a family of 4! Come see us and check out the camper. The cars really aren't bad either ;-)

Made it to according to the plaque here, but thats a much contested statement we can dive into another day !
Time to feed baby again, and then off to to end our journey. Been a long
