Crazy to think Indoor Raceway has been here for 30 years now — and it’s been an awesome 10 years since we came back into it ourselves.
Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported us over the years, whether you’ve raced once, been coming for years, brought your mates in, or supported us online. We honestly appreciate every single one of you.
We’re excited for what’s ahead and hopefully we can keep this place going strong for another 30 years yet. 👊
Come down and race our Sodi karts and see what it’s all about. We’ve got some cool new things coming to Indoor Raceway soon, so keep an eye on our page for updates.
Also stoked to say team racing will be making a comeback over the next couple of months too — should be some epic nights ahead. 🏁

Our league runs all year, split into four 8-week seasons:
Summer Season: Jan – Mar
Autumn Season: Apr – Jun
Winter Season: Jul – Sep
Spring Season: Oct – Dec
Each season includes:
8 weeks of racing
Weekly points
Spot prizes throughout the 8-week season
Weekly podium photos
End-of-season awards
Join any season — or race the whole year.
🎯 Points System
We use an F1-style scoring system:
1st – 25
2nd – 18
3rd – 15
4th – 12
5th – 10
6th – 8
7th – 6
8th – 4
9th – 2
10th – 1
+1 point for fastest lap each week

Weekly Entry: $30 per driver

All drivers must book their spot online each week via our website.
Payment is made at the time of booking.

Indoor Raceway Porirua – Let’s Race.🔥 The Race Format (45 Laps Per Driver)
Our league uses an exciting Enduro Sprint format: more laps, more racing, more fun.
Each driver receives:
5-Minute Warm-Up – get comfortable and warm the kart
10-Lap Qualifying – set your fastest time
15-Lap Heat Race – race for grid position
20-Lap Final Race – all-out battle for points
Total: 45 laps per driver and 5 minutes warmup
Time on track: 22–28 minutes
🕒 Tuesday Night Schedule
Every week:
6:00pm – 6:20pm Check-in, briefing & weigh-in
6:20pm – 7:25pm Group A racing
7:30pm – 8:30pm Group B racing (if needed)
8:30pm – 9:00pm Optional practice sessions
9:00pm Podium, photos & weekly points update
We can run up to 24 drivers each night, with separate groups for new and experienced racers.
