My experience purchasing my new car was honestly so easy and stress-free, thanks to Danny and Jackie.
From the beginning, Danny was fantastic. He listened carefully to what I wanted in a car and took the time to explain everything clearly. I was looking for something reliable and economical — smaller than my 2010 Nissan Outlander, but still bigger than my daughter’s 2008 Toyota Blade. Danny understood exactly what I was looking for and found a car that was a perfect fit.
He also explained the differences between a hybrid and a petrol vehicle, which really helped me understand what I was choosing. He even encouraged me to go to Auckland to test drive the car first, which showed me that he genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable and confident with my decision.
Danny was easy to communicate with throughout the whole process and put me in touch with Jackie, who was just as helpful, informative and easy to deal with.
When I finally picked up the car, it was pretty much everything I had asked for. The whole experience went smoothly from start to finish. I felt listened to, informed and supported throughout the process.
A huge thank you to Danny and Jackie for making buying my new car such an enjoyable and hassle-free experience. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure I found the right car for me.
