Have you never needed a tow truck before? Here’s exactly what happens when you call DVR Towing.

Breaking down can be stressful enough without wondering what happens next. So here's a quick step-by-step guide to what you can expect when you call us for help.

1️⃣ Call us on 07 578 3571.
Our friendly team will ask a few simple questions so we can get the right truck to you as quickly as possible.

- Vehicle make, model, and registration number
- Pick-up location
- Drop-off destination

2️⃣ We will confirm the price.
Before we send a truck, we'll let you know the towing cost over the phone so there are no surprises.

3️⃣ We dispatch tow a truck.
One of our drivers will head to your location.

4️⃣ Driver arrives.
Our driver will collect your keys and payment when they arrive. We have EFTPOS available on board for your convenience.

5️⃣ We load your vehicle.
Your vehicle is carefully loaded onto the truck and secured for transport.

6️⃣ We transport your vehicle.
We take your vehicle safely to the agreed destination.

7️⃣ We unload your vehicle.
Your vehicle is unloaded at the drop-off location and you're all sorted.

Here are also a couple of things many people don't realise. If you've broken down on the roadside, we can take up to 2 passengers with us. Can't meet us in person? No problem. We can arrange contactless payment and make alternative arrangements for vehicle keys if needed.

Most of Tauranga is asleep at 3.42am. We were out helping someone who found themselves stranded when they least expected it.

It's easy to forget that vehicle troubles don't stick to business hours. Breakdowns, flat batteries, accidents, lost keys, and empty fuel tanks have a habit of happening at the worst possible times.

That's why we're on call 24/7. Whether it's 3:42 in the afternoon or 3:42 in the morning, we're ready to answer the phone and get you safely on your way.

This was our office view at 3:42am this morning. Not a bad place to work, even if most of the Bay of Plenty was still fast asleep.
