You’re driving along and your car suddenly loses power. What’s the first thing you do?

It’s the kind of situation most of us don’t think about until it actually happens.

If your car starts losing power:
🟢 Stay calm and switch on your hazard lights
🟢 If you can, safely move as far off the road as possible
🟢 Avoid stopping around blind corners or anywhere other drivers may struggle to see you
🟢 Once stopped, it’s safer to stay inside the vehicle with your seatbelt on
🟢 Don’t attempt repairs on the roadside if it puts you close to passing traffic
🟢 Call for help and give your location as accurately as possible
