Last job for the year done and dusted!

Buick in for a tidy up! The original paint had cracked so we stripped it right back down to bare metal and repainted the roof, bonnet, tailgate and the tops of the guards and doors.

Now looking fresh ready to head back to the owner to refit it back together and apply the wood grain along the bottom of the vehicle.

Looking forward to seeing this one all back together!

Kombi in for a rust repair!

What started out as a leak for Kapiti glass upon removing the window we found rust!

After sanding the area back to inspect the rust we ordered a replacement patch panel to repair this front end

Cut the old panel out trimmed the new one to fit applied weld through primer internally to prevent any further rusting and got the panel all welded in!

After minor body repairs on the front end we got it into primer and then paint! we blended the front doors due to the van being so many different shades of orange!

Now looking fresh ready to hit the road!

Another land rover in the workshop!

This one in for a general tidy up including the following work.

Roof repaint due to clear coat peel
Repaint grill / window surround
Rust repair around the windscreen frame
Rust repair underneath the vehicle.
Raptor coat front bumper side steps and rear chassis
Along with a full 3 stage cut / polish with a 2 year ceramic coating to keep the rest of the vehicle looking fresh!

Rusted outrigger cut out and replaced with a new one.
Fire wall rust repair.
Drivers floor rust repair.
All undersealed and back on the road ready for a warrant.

Chrysler c300 in for a cut & polish.

We removed the Moulding residue from all 4 doors.
Removed fog lights and gave them a polish.
Full interior detail.
Full exterior detail removing overspray from the passenger side along with a full cut & polish with a 2-year ceramic coating bringing it back to life!

While we were at it, we removed the center console trim, steering wheel trim and painted them in matt black to make it blend it with the rest of the interior.

We have been quiet on the social media lately however we have been busy!

Here's a few snaps of jobs we have completed over the past few months or ongoing builds.

BMW in for rust repairs for a wof.

Land rover defender 110 in for a full resto band new chassis swapped over ready to carry on with the build.

WB holden in for a full resto currently stripped to bare metal waiting on parts.

VG Valiant in for a full resto stripped to bare metal in epoxy primer while it gets the rust cut out and repaired.

Swift in for a full cut / polish to remove over spray from the vehicle.

Ve valiant in for rust repairs to the rear window surround, fabricated lower rear guard / inner guard and sill replacement. Painted and colour matched to match the "custom colour".

Ford camper in for rust repairs for wof and full roof repaint.

Alfa Romeo in for rust repairs to the lower rear guard fabricated a new section surface in place. Surface rust around the front screen / nose cone repainted and colour matched to match the 25-year-old repaint.

That's a wrap for 2024! Thank you to all our customers past and future we couldn't do it without you!
