PROPARTS is hiring a Performance Parts Sales & Customer Support team member in Palmerston North.

Know automotive parts, enjoy helping customers and take pride in getting orders right?

Help V8 enthusiasts, hot rodders, racers and workshops find the right parts. Your role will include checking applications, preparing quotes, dealing with suppliers and keeping customers informed, plus stock, shipping and online sales.

Bring automotive parts or relevant mechanical knowledge, clear communication, good computer skills and careful attention to detail. V8 performance knowledge is especially useful; Shopify or Trade Me experience is a bonus.

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Saturdays as required: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM

This is a varied role covering customer advice, parts research, quotes, sourcing, orders, stock, shipping and online sales.

We’re looking for practical automotive knowledge, good people skills, attention to detail and confidence with computers. Experience in parts sales, a workshop, motorsport or your own vehicle projects would be valuable.

PROPARTS is hiring a Performance Parts Sales & Customer Support team member in Palmerston North.

If you’ve worked on engines, built cars or helped prepare a race car, you know how much the right parts matter.

Put that knowledge to work helping PROPARTS customers with their projects. This varied role includes customer advice, parts research, quotes, supplier orders, stock, shipping and online sales.

This could suit a mechanic moving into parts, an experienced parts salesperson or a knowledgeable enthusiast with strong customer skills. You’ll need to listen, check the details, follow through and be comfortable with computers.

THE COVER IS OFF.

FLYN57 made its first public appearance at the PNHRC Swapmeet at Manfeild Park—first fully assembled, then with the front clip removed to expose the blown 510CI and race chassis underneath.

From an Australian-made carbon-fiber body to a one-off New Zealand-built drag car, every stage had finally come together: the stance, chassis, engine, paint, artwork and engineering.

Owner/driver Mark Gapp’s FLYN57 had arrived. 🔥
