Fabrication Friday continues.
Test fit the 2010-12 4JJ1 turbo downpipe on my 07-10 downpipe jig which revealed some slight differences in angles between the fl**ges as well as the obvious bigger turbo outlet fl**ge and clocked differently.
So instead of trying to make both fit one jig somehow i made up another one to suit just the later downpipe.
Drilled and tapped the fl**ge to mimic the turbo and another right angle frame to mount it onto.
Made a lower fl**ge as well instead of cutting up a spare bit of exhaust and got all that bolted together and welded up onto the jig.
Let that cool down and pull it off again.
Now i can offer bolt in decat downpipes for both turbo styles in the 2007-2012
Ra7 Rodeo, Rc Colorado and early Isuzu Dmax utes.
I can handle any other custom fabrication work youre after as well!
