Before and After shots of my Ranger Gearbox conversion crossmember on a slammed WLT Ford Courier.

Very lacking in ground clearance using the factory 2wd Ranger crossmember in the Before photo.

Much improved with my custom made version which will allow this happy customer in Dunedin to get his ute lowered even more now it wont hit the slightest bump in the road!

4wd Manual Rc Colorado has its new rear brakes fitted and adjusted up ready to finish off the compliance process.

New Exedy clutch kit turned up for it as well so that will probably go in once its back in the shop.
Current clutch is a bit past its best so not much point leaving that any longer.

Skimmed flywheel and new genuine flywheel bolts on the shelf ready for that job too.

Repair project 4wd Manual Rc Colorado is back in the shop having passed Repair Cert on Monday and with a very short list of repairs needed to pass the Compliance check.

First and only item i need to address is some new rear brake shoes as these ones are a bit had it!

Back in next week to get ticked off and new plates issued and all Road legal again!!

Tilting car transport trailer build getting closer to the finish line.
Airbag install for lifting the tilt deck is pretty much done, still need to set up the compressor and tank on the drawbar for onboard air supply.

A spot of Tig welding after dinner on the Airbag mounts on my tilting transport trailer build.
Some gussets still to go in underneath the lower mounts.

More progress on my shop car transporter trailer build.
Both airbags in place and cycling them works well, dump speed bang on with 3/8" lines and fittings.
Fill speed with the battery powered Aeg inflator is a little slow. Onboard air needed. Full lift at 25psi with 2x Ridetech Airbags.
Now to Tig weld the crossmember and bag mounts in place fully and add some gussets on the lower mounts.

2wd Ra7 Rodeo 4JJ1 running well.
Wrecking entire ute, 229kms 5 speed Manual
Good running gear, Engine sold pending. Nice tidy wellside and doors, bonnet, interior etc. Front end damage. 3.7 ratio L*D diff.

2010 4JJ1 4WD Manual Rc Colorado looking pretty straight and tidy now ready for Repair Cert and Revin inspections to get it back on the road ready for sale.
See how they go early next week.
I have a grey wellside in stock i can swap over once i get that sorted out.
