Skills and experience;

*Trade qualified Light vehicle
*WOF authority preferred
*Current full drivers licence
*Ability to work unsupervised
*Good diagnostic skills

We are a busy Automotive workshop in Palmerston North looking for an office assistant to cover maternity leave from 1st July 2019 till 20th December 2019. The hours for this position are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have previous office/reception experience, a great phone manner, be friendly, reliable, well presented and punctual. You will be required to hold a full drivers licence and be a confident driver.

Main responsibilities include;
• Answering phone calls and e-mails
• Greeting customers
• Taking bookings and dealing with customer enquiries
• Ordering parts, checking and entering supplier invoices
• Invoicing and filing
• Delivering customers and vehicles
• Keeping the office and customer waiting area clean and tidy.
