About COF & WOF:
COF & WOF is a locally owned and operated vehicle inspection organisation that has been in operation since 2018. We are a tight-knit team made up of 4 staff members.

About the role:
COF & WOF is on the looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our fun outgoing team, on a full-time, permanent basis Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. Reporting to the owner your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•NZTA Data entry
•Answering incoming phone calls and emails
•Greeting visiting customers face to face
•Processing customer invoices
•Handling and responding to customer enquiries
•Maintaining strong relationships with our current client-base

Skills and experience required:
•Reliable, honest and trustworthy
•New Zealand Drivers License required
•Being discreet with confidential information
•Working experience in a Customer Service or Administration role
•Proven ability to work well in busy environments
•Computer literacy
•Shown ability in a professional environment to have attention to detail and to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
