I just want to thank Coastal Medical Healthcare Hub for sending me their fleet of six Suzuki Swifts to polish up. It was an enjoyable experience detailing the exact same car six times in a week. They were all slightly different in their own ways.

Carpet lines are a first for me! I've seen it done online before but hadn't needed to do them myself until today.

The dealership had put them in this Audi when it was brand new, but the front ones had disappeared over time while the rear ones were still there.

The customer asked if I could put them back, so I gave it a go. Luckily I had the right tool in the car

I'm getting through them! Two more to go and the whole fleet will be as good as new.

I've had a busy start to the week giving these Coastal Medical Swifts a good tidy up!

Each one has had an interior detail, plus an exterior polish and sealant to keep them looking better for longer.

I've got another three to get through, so there's plenty more Swift cleaning on the cards over the next week.

This is an idea I keep coming back to.

The Huatoki Glossworks stickers I've been giving out are making their way on to some cool cars, and I thought it would be fun to see where they end up.

I'll be running a little sticker competition every few months, with photos going in the draw for a prize.

If you've got a sticker somewhere, whether it's on your car, tool box, laptop, or somewhere else, I'd love to see it. Even if you're out and about and spot one on a car, take a photo and it'll count too.

Also, if you've had your car detailed by me and didn't get a sticker, just flick me a message and you're welcome to grab one any time.

One thing I really enjoy is seeing cars come back for a maintenance clean.

This Honda Legend was polished back in December, and because it's garaged most of the time, the wax was still in excellent condition.

That meant there was no need for another machine polish. The Standard Cleaning Package was all it needed to safely wash away the dirt, top up the protection, and bring it right back to the same deep gloss it had after the original detail.

It's always satisfying when good protection and a little ongoing maintenance keep a car looking its best.

(The front bumper has had a temporary patch up recently)

Here's a quick video on what a good coat of wax looks like.

When I picked this Honda Legend up, the owner mentioned it probably needed another polish. It had been polished back in December, so I said I'd wait until I rinsed it off before deciding. Once I saw the water beading like this, it was pretty clear the original wax was still doing its job.

Six months is often enough time for another polish and wax if a car is driven every day and parked outside.

This Honda is regularly garaged, so what you're seeing in this video is the original wax I applied last year. Instead of polishing it again unnecessarily, it just received a standard clean to freshen it up and keep that protection topped up.
