A brake caliper freshen up on another customers car and another quick patch in the back of the rx2.

First fire up of Steves Mk1 ford es**rt with the 2.3 duratec engine.

The squeaking noise is a fiberglass flare vibrating on the sill/under-body protection.

Rx2 chassis rail has been sandblasted and a bit of patching done on it.

Meanwhile Gary is going through and tidying up a rover V8 for another customers car.

Test fitted new rx2 chassis rail and inner guard patch. Few jobs to do on the chassis rail before it goes in as it's from a left hand drive car and doesn't have steering box mounting holes and a few other things.
