GET RIDE READY THIS SUMMER!!!

September is Motorcycle Awareness Month, run by ACC and the Motorcycle Safety Awareness Council (MSAC). Its purpose is to celebrate the start of the motorbike-riding season and encourage riders to get “Ride Ready”.

Nelson Motorcycles (NMC) and Ride Forever are hosting a one-off special event to help support this initiative, by offering a FREE 10-Point Safety check on your motorcycle.

At this event the NMC Tech Team will:
• Check your bikes are well-maintained.
• Ensure your gear is up to scratch.
• Provide advice on investing in the right safety gear.
• Offer on the day specials / discounts.

Local motorcycle instructor, Kevin Guthrie from Tasman Motorcycle Training, will be there to talk you through road safety, learn to ride training programmes and motorcycle licencing. Information and advice will also be provided on riding safety gear, helmets and tyres from NZ motorcycle reps.

Drinks and snacks will be provided.

Access Google Forms with a personal Google account or Google Workspace account (for business use).

The club has booked a motorcycle first aid course for members.

It's a motorcycle specific first aid course.

Starting 12.30pm 1st of July at the Greenmeadows Centre in Stoke.

Duration 2.5 hours with possibility of a ride after.

Cost for members is $10, remainder subsidised by a contribution from the Classic Club and TDC.

Pay cash on the day.

Up to 15 spots available to attend, first in first served

Great way to spend a Sunday, the rain fell during the night leaving before dawn. We met in Stoke 10amThe road was good and Everyone that came enjoyed the club ride to Pelorus Cafe.

Classic Bike Show!, great display of bikes still $5 entry . Sausage sizzle and good coffee available.

The Classic and Vintage bikes at Filco for the bikers breakfast. Great turn out ! it's good to see a representation of some classic bikes.
