Moerewa Driver License is closing today and will reopen for business on the 27th Jan 2025.

We would like to thank all those that have attended any of our license courses this year or just dropped in for some information towards a license type.

We hope you have a good break with family and wish you a safe christmas where ever you are travelling.

Moerewa Driver License will be running a Class 1 (Car) Learners License Program.
When: 3rd Oct 2024.
Where: Moerewa Drivers License
Starts: 9am - Finishes 12pm.
What does it look like?
Day One - Breaking down and explaining the Road Code.
- Practice theory tests.
What you need to bring:
An original Birth certificate (not a photo copy) and/or Current or Expired Passport within 2 years,
A photo ID (Fi****ms licence, Student ID or 18+ card). If you don’t have photo ID we can help.
A letter or payslip with your IRD number.
Bring this stuff with you on the day, so we know what you have or need.
No Birth cert - order it now.

Starts: 10am - Finishes 1m.

cost for this certificate $120.00.
No booking needed, just walk in.

We supply the bike & helmet -
NO JANDLES or CROCS are allowed during testing.

Moerewa Drivers License will be running Restricted and Full License assessments over the dates of the 15 - 16th May 23.

Location - Moerewa Drivers License (opposite the BP)
Date - 15th - 16th May 2023
Time - 9am - 3pm

Day one: 15th May 23
9am - 9.30am: Introduction and Talk - to cover what is needed for you to pass your Restricted or full license test.
Split into assessment groups for driving on the 19th and 20th May 23
10am - 3pm - driving assessments.

Day two: 16th May 23
9.30am - 3pm driving assessments continued.

All those who want to have an assessment will need to come on Day one. This is so I can break down what you need to know for the restricted or full license test and to place you into a group for the assessment.

Note: This is not a driving lesson, but to see where you are at and what you need to work on.
The assessment will take 30 minutes

What you need to bring.
You will need to have your license with you.
You can use your own car or you can use Moerewa Drivers License car (automatic).

Some of the major areas for the restricted is a parallel park, a 3-point turn, a u-turn and know what a blind spot check is.
