Matariki weekend delivered our favourite star, the sun, right in time for Winter Drag Wars 3. And that's pretty much the extent of our astronomy knowledge. The ladies showing them how it's done today with an all female final in our DYO car class.
Congratulations to winner Shavaun Harvey and runner up Nikki Van Staden.

And we have an all male final for our DYO bikes class.
Congratulations go to Ross Dalziel who is our winner today, and Mohammed Navsheed in the runner up spot.

Looking forward to seeing how this shakes up the points for the Winter Dragwars Series !

Well done you lot on a stellar appearance at Winter Drag Wars 2 on Sunday 28 June. Great turn out and some good racing judging by these numbers... Awesome to see some of you with your quicker beasts and Modern Street vibes getting amongst for a "Sunday drive".

Great turnout again for Winter Dragwars #2 today.

All of the top contenders competing in the DYO car bracket for points were out first round making way for runner up Reinier van Staden, and winner Ryno Lotter to take out the day.

With our DYO bike class swapping the runner up and winner placing between themselves this meeting. Resulting in Steven Lee as runner up and Nick Green taking that Winners spot.

Bring on round #3 in two weeks (Sunday 12 July) - it's really still anyone's series to take out!
