👋 Meet Jean, our newest member of the Baigent team!

Born in South Africa, Jean brings with him over 20 years of experience in the automotive trade. His career has included a significant amount of time with Toyota, as well as working on Dakar Rally cars back home in South Africa — pretty cool experience to have under your belt! 🏁

Jean has been a great addition to the Baigent Motors team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, particularly when it comes to European vehicles. His skills, experience and passion for the trade have already made him a valuable part of the team.

We’re stoked to have Jean on board and look forward to seeing what he brings to the team! 🔧💪

Oscar Donderwinkel from Baigent Motors Matamata is seriously levelling up! 📈

Oscar has achieved the New Zealand Certificate in Light Automotive Engineering (Levels 3 and 4). This is a huge milestone and well-deserved achievement! 👏

With ambitions as big as his talent, Oscar is now heading to Europe to pursue a career in Formula 1. We're incredibly proud of you, Oscar, and we can't wait to see what you achieve next! 🏎
