0tyres Burnout Car

12/10/2026

With all the great financial support 0TYRES Burnout car has not missed a beat and had looked great doing it. Tiny bit more set up adjustments we will be pushing hard for another year.

But,
I have decided to build a new project (not another burnout car) something a little (maybe bigger than little) different
Hoping to have it built or atleast usable by Summernats NZ.

Let me know if you want to be part of this 🤫 build

Keep an eye on this page as I may let something slip in other photos or asking for parts recommendations.

Thank you

Small collection of pictures from AutoFest 2026.
Great fun day.
Huge thank you to the photographers
Practice and qualifying didnt go to plan.

Practice - I got completely lost in the smoke and then the tread on my tyres just shredded off like cheese on a grater.

Qualifying - good start with a tip in, slight off angle out of the 1st 360 and the nose was aiming at the corner of exit shoot, instead of risking car ending contact I just jumped on the anchors. Took a little to restart as the smoke was that dense in the car I couldn't even see my switches or push button for start.
Rest of the burnout was good but killed any chances of top 10 with my stop n reverse. 😕

Couldn't of put the show on without my sponsors

Congratulations on top10.
Unfortunately I had to take evasive action not to have head on with the corner of the pad and exit shoot.

Thank you to my helpers today.

This time I remembered to take some before and after pictures of the miracle work Manawatu AutoBodies 2021 Ltd did on my car.

Wall tap denting RHS rear 1/4 & breaking the tail light
Dents and split in very lower of both rear 1/4s from tyre blowouts
Left rear door fully chipped, scratched n dented from tyre wire coming around and hitting it.

What an amazing job they did.

Prior I had 1mm sheet metal for my outer flares which got turned inside our from the tyres, now I have rolled up some 3mm steel to protect the body work from tyre shrapnel
