Hey Team!
Its been all go over the last couple of months with the new tyre fitter and balancer up and running. You have all been so good to me and I honestly cant thank you enough for the continued support ❤️
Im playing around with the idea of offering up monthly check ups on your vehicles and i'd like to gather some info as to weather or not this would interest the majority of you. The main drive for it is to reward those of you who support me.
How will these monthly inspections work?
• Once a month (probably at the end of each month) you will be charged a $60 or so fee (price yet to be decided) This will be charged exactly the same way as I send out my usual invoices. Once the payment has cleared ill check your name off and organise a date, time and place to come to you (or you come to me) and run a full inspection of your vehicle, most likely a Monday/Tuesday.
•The inspection will consist of running a diagnostics check via scan tool, Jacking up all four corners, checking the condition of suspension components, checking condition of brake compnenets, checking for any leaks, condition of air and cabin filters, oil condition, brake fluid and coolant condition, tyre condition and pressure checks, checking for any faults or safety concerns and listing them. - Essentially a good service/oil change without changing any fluids.
•Any faults found will be listed on your invoice and kept in a file/log book. If anything found is an immediate safety concern, I will contact you to discuss options for repairs.
This will be limited to light passenger vehicles and 4x4s only. No heavy road transport. If you have a fleet of vehicles im more than happy to do multiple on the same day at the same place, upto a 4 vehicle limit per customer to keep it fair. You will have the option to have up to 2 vehicles on the same subscription. If you wish to add more, there will be a price increase added to the subscription per vehicle.
Once subscribed, you will also recieve an exclusive discount on labour for any repairs and if the interest is there you will be entered into a rewards programme. Rewards could be something like fuel vouchers, repair vouchers, free exterior/interior clean, free merch etc.
