Full-Time Administration position (Monday to Friday -30 Hours)
We are looking for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team in a full‑time role, working Monday to Friday. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently handle a variety of administrative tasks.
About the Role:
This is a full‑time position with consistent weekday hours, offering stability and the opportunity to grow your skills within a supportive team. You’ll play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly through efficient administration and great communication.
Key Responsibilities
• General office administration and data entry
• Answering phones and assisting customers or clients
• Managing emails, filing, and document organisation
• Preparing invoices, reports, and basic correspondence
• Completing bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Maintaining a tidy, professional office environment
