Three more boats completed this week.

A Great little Fyran 540 Horizon, a new windscreen and a new hatch cover.

A Buccaneer 550 Esprite. New walkthru windscreen.

And a Ramco 600 / 650 Renegade.
Taylor Made Systems Curved toughened glass windshield conversion.
They were originally available with a 7000 trim acrylic windscreen or a Vista trim toughened glass windshield.

We made all the original windscreens on these boats.
We probably made yours :)

Over the Christmas period, we replaced a broken curved glass panel on a Rayglass 4000.

Many people don’t realize that we also specialize in marina glass work.

Fortunately for the owner, our close relationship with Rayglass Boats meant we originally supplied this curved windscreen and if fact all their curved windscreens

Since the three front panels are interlocked, they had to be removed as a complete unit. The project also required aluminium trim repairs at our factory, along with an expert gelcoat restoration by Boat Fix NZ Ltd.

Once the repairs were complete, we reinstalled the windows, restoring the vessel to its original condition—good as new!

We reglazed this AMF from AMF Boats last week for fishing legend and all-round nice guy, Tony Wong Kam

It came out amazing!

Light grey acrylic. Moulded. cleaned, primed and black banded.
The black band stops the sun breaking down the sealant and gives a nice finish by hiding the sealant.

Repowdercoated the corner flashings matt black.

Bonded the windows on without fixing screws, so no cracks later😎

It takes a bit of time to do it properly but the result speaks for itself
