Hi to all, we hope you have been keeping safe and well during lockdown!
*Our operating hours will resume Wednesday 1st September under Level 3 restrictions* 8am-5pm. Monday to Friday. No Saturday mornings at this stage.
Our business is running contactless Services for the next little while, so things are going to be a bit different, in order to trade safely.
We will not be taking any walk-in appointments through level 3. We ask you to please call our workshop on 04-576-9553 or 027-481-9553 to arrange a booking. No one is to enter our premises in level 3.

1. ARRIVING - Upon arrival please make yourself known from outside the main door without entering or alternatively call/text 5 minutes before arriving. We will need to disinfect the surfaces/keys etc prior to entering your vehicle.
2. WAITING - You will NOT be able to wait inside our premises at all. If you do need to wait around, when booking please discuss with us how long the job is likely to take.
Please bear in mind that jobs could take longer than normal depending on what parts are needed as some of our suppliers still remain closed under level
3. COURTESY CARS ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING LEVEL 3
4. PAYMENTS - You will be emailed a copy of the invoice prior to collecting your vehicle, please arrange bank transfer for payment. We have Pay Wave available if the invoice is under $200.
5. PICKUP - Once your vehicle is ready you will be called to come and collect. When arriving to collect your vehicle please make yourself known again without entering our building.

We will be taking hygiene very highly during this time, however we do suggest you also Hand Sanitize when dropping off and picking up your vehicle.

UPDATE from the team.
We are shutting our doors from now until the 28th April.
We will not be taking any non essential bookings during the lock down period. This includes WOF's.
Our voice messages will be checked during this time.
For essential services, requiring assistance with their vehicles, please call 0274819553, and we will make a booking for a suitable time.

We know brake squeal can be annoying, but did you know it’s completely normal? Porsche has released this fantastic video explaining why it happens, and is well worth the watch.
That’s not to say that every brake squeal is normal. When your brake pads are worn to their minimum thickness, a anti rattle clip will cause a squeal under all braking conditions to advise the owner to have them replaced before causing additional damage.
