Check out those before and afters on this hilux weve done an intake clean on. This appears to have been cleaned before, however as you can see, the only way you can properly clean build up around the valves is to walnut blast.....

We had this Triton in today for a DPF clean.

Often times your DPF isn't blocked just for the sake of it, take for example here we found a split intercooler hose causing excessive smoke , which then causes the DPF to block.

We replaced the intercooler hose with mitsubishis upgraded replacement and carried out a DPF clean. Due to too many unsuccesful regens, the engine oil was contaminated with diesel so we carried out an oil change at the same time.

Have a look at the soot and ash that was left behind after a clean!

Friday done 💪

We had this awesome 1KD Hilux in this week and carried out an intake decarb and walnut blast. The only proper way to clean these is to carry out the walnut blasting, the "intake clean in a can" don't do it this well. Also fitted a front mount during the process. How good does it look!
