Hoorah August is the last month of winter and Spring is ready to knock on the door as NZ begins to burst with new life - bouncy spring lambs, cute calves, flowers blooming and all that neat stuff!

Followed closely by sun, sea and sand with the start of Summer in December where lakes and beaches become the go to spots to cool off.

What are we getting at here?
Well, we are working on getting our rooftop tent stock levels in place to help support your upcoming epic adventures!
We wanted to give those of you who like to be organised and plan ahead the opportunity to jump aboard and save yourself the $100 freight fee for any Feldon gear we don’t currently have in stock.
Think soft shell Crows Nests, hard shell Hawks Nest tents etc. Pickup from our Lower Hutt workshop.

What tents do we have in stock now you ask? Just 1x regular size Crows Nest in green and 1x Crows Nest Family bundle! Kiwis have a penchant for adventure, and you cleaned us out good!

The only catch is you’ve got till just Friday the 25th August to place your pre order!

Have you got your roof top tent all sorted for the Christmas holidays so you can be enjoying days like these?!

Our Feldon Shelter roof top tent stock is slowly dwindling so don’t be dawdling if you want to be enjoying your own roof top tent living experience these holidays.

If we don’t have what you want in stock we can order it in for you, freight free, but the cut-off date to ensure it arrives before Christmas is the 13th so don’t muck around!

Josh’s Hilux sorted for some more offroad adventures after last weeks visit to us.
Could this be the best all round setup for a N80 Hilux 🤔 we think it could be:

🛠 EFS 50/40mm suspension lift
🛠 265/70/17 BFG all terrain tires
🛠 ARB front recovery point
🛠 Rear rated hook hitch receiver

Tires and suspension are two of the quickest ways to transform the way your rig looks and performs. And when he does get stuck at least Josh can be safely recovered now too!

This Raptor has had quite the transformation recently!

We sourced and fitted a quality PIAKK bar through and fitted the AMAZING Novawinch Pro12500 low mount electric winch. These have the best free spool on the market with basically no resistance! We hold these bad boys in stock.

Followed by 4x 7” LED spotlights, because why not? All wired in with the awesome products including an awesome little switch panel as the Raptor has no provisions for extra switches.

The legends at levelled out the ride height and threw some 33” rubber on Dirtylife rims.

Here’s a for this 08 Hilux.

Being setup as a reliable hunting wagon we kitted it out with the following quality gear:

- EFS 4x4 Accessories 40mm suspension lift kit optioned with the BIG Extreme 45mm bore shocks to soak up any punishing riverbed work getting to those prime hunting spots
- EFS front winch bar also from Force4 to provide protection from any nasties and house a winch and lights. This bar includes LED indicators, fog lights and day time running lights to modernise the old girl.
- Runva 11XP Premium winch in case things go pear shaped
- Force4 F185 9” LED spot lights to turn night into day and supplement the factory candles
- Anomaly Offroad skid plates in 3mm hardox steel to protect the underbelly vitals yet only adding 20.3kg in weight!

We think it’s an ideal hunting wagon and now just needs a couple pigs or deer in the back to complete that iconic Kiwi Hilux hunting image.

Here’s another example showing a roof top tent doesn’t always have to be mounted on a vehicle.

With some kiwi ingenuity this Extended Crows Nest and Bonus Room sit above the trailer that hauls a V8 trials truck around the country.
The owners can camp on site of the event which is always a good social time and cheaper than a motel!
