日本でTofu Auto Worksをこれからもっと成長させていくために、そしてこれからも日本で生活しながら仕事を続けていくために、次のビザを取得することが今の大きな目標です。
そのため、一緒に働いてくれる人を探しています！
フルタイムで、主にFRP製品の製作とSNS関連の仕事を手伝ってもらいます。SNSの仕事は一部リモートでもできるので、ハイブリッド勤務も可能です。
これまでの仕事での経験は必要ありません。必要であれば、最初にしっかりとした研修を行います。もし今までの経験が「僕の動画を見てきた」だけでも、「自分ならできそう」「やってみたい」と思ってくれる方なら、ぜひ連絡してください。
💰 給与：時給 ¥1,250～¥1,850+
未経験で研修が必要な方は時給¥1,250からのスタートとなります。スキルが身につけば、この金額が上がる可能性もあります。
有望な方には、面接時に実際にFRP加工の技術を見せてもらったり、これまでに作ったものの写真や作品例を見せてもらう場合があります。
🇯🇵 日本語が話せることが必須です。(N2レベル、またはそれと同等以上）
英語もできる方は大歓迎です。仕事での指示やコミュニケーションの多くは英語になる可能性があります。
ビザの要件上、日本国籍をお持ちの方、またはこの仕事ができる在留資格（永住者、定住者など）をお持ちの方が対象となります。

To my English speaking and international audience. Thank you all for the years of support that have allowed me to grow my business into what it is today. There is no doubt that I wouldn't be here without you, and because of your support I've reached the point where it's time to grow and bring in new workers.
As some of you may know, Japan has recently tightened many of its visa requirements, making it much harder for people like me. To be completely honest, I'm still not entirely sure I'll be able to stay here amidst these changes, and the only hope I have is securing this new visa.
As part of the requirements for the visa, the worker I hire must be a Japanese citizen or hold a qualifying residence status (Permanent Resident, Long-Term Resident, etc.). Applicants must also have Japanese proficiency (N2 level or equivalent or higher)
To everyone that was eager to apply that does not meet these requirements I am truly sorry and I hope that my work continues to motivate you with your own projects and composite work.
