Tonight's fun task, make up new hard lines to sit between the braided hoses on the front brakes for the ST205 project.
Also fitted a white line rear anti roll bar to help freshen up that rear end. Middle hole of course 😉

Sneaky peak at phase two of the manifold design. Now have it bolted up with turbo in place to check clearances. Also taking measurements to check engine bay fitment and all looks very good so far.
Designed up a heat shield too, that will most likely be printed as well.

Finally got the 165 back from Specialised Auto Services where it ended up making a healthy 320hp at the wheels.
This will do until the new engine goes in and a lot of the mods done on this round were building blocks for the new engine and turbo setup, coming hopefully in 2027.
I'm still deciding on whether I should go dual vvti head from the beams or not on this new engine?
I'm definitely sticking with the 3S bottom end though before the 5S comments start 😃

Next phase manifold prototype being printed in a much more durable nylon.
This material is strong enough to support the turbo and be bolted up fully for final test fitting.
I am also printing the heat shield to see how this looks on and of it interfears with anything.
