Next phase manifold prototype being printed in a much more durable nylon.
This material is strong enough to support the turbo and be bolted up fully for final test fitting.
I am also printing the heat shield to see how this looks on and of it interfears with anything.

Test print fitted of the first prototype. Some tweaks still to make but overall it's kinda what I wanted. Now to make a bracket for the block stay on this engine I have in the shop and then mount the turbo up (for testing) to check clearances inside the car I have sitting outside, with it's hot side removed already.
Final item will be either Inconel 3D printed or use the resin 3D print seen here to cast off in 347 or 321 Stainless. Final method TBC

First test 3D print dropping soon in the development of my Inconel 3D printed EFR twin scroll manifold.
First print will be for mocking up, checking clearances etc before final tweaks and the metal 3D print
