And that's a wrap for 2021!

We are closed over the Christmas period and open again on the 10th of January 2022.

A few little changes are happening next year, Crystal has decided its time to move on. With a big thankyou, We wish her all the best for the future.

Thankyou to everyone who has supported us over these tough times and we wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

We hope you are all keeping well and have made it through level 4 lockdown safely.

As New Zealands COVID 19 alert level moves to Level 3 tomorrow, we are pleased to announce Dennis Craw Motors will be open again.

Wednesday 1st September 2021.

In accordance with government guidelines obviously we will need to operate significantly differently during level 3. As our priority is on the safety of our staff and customers we will be taking all appropriate measures to ensure our safety and yours.

In short this includes the following:

●NO ENTRY into our building
•All customers to report to Te Rapa Road side of building
•All communications strictly by phone or email
•Contactless drop off/pick up areas for vehicles, keys and delivery services
•Online payments only, NO CASH, NO EFTPOS

PROOF OF PAYMENT BEFORE/ON PICK UP OF VEHICLE

●No courtesy vehicles available during level 3
●Maintaing social distancing
•Designated staff areas
•2 meter distance applies to all public
●Stricter hygiene and sanitization protocols
•Staff wearing PPE
•Disposable seat covers and floor mats
•Disinfecting all vehicles on arrival and before departure
•Disinfecting all high touch areas, tools and equipment regularly
●Full contact register kept of all staff, visitors and vehicles undertaking work

Please do not be offended If our service takes that little bit longer. Due to our suppliers operating at limited capacity and delivery services at high demand we will do our best to be as efficient as possible.

Your full cooperation will be greatly appreciated and we would like to thank everyone for there patience and understanding as we slowly work our way down the levels back to normality.

To all our valued customers,
Given yesterday's announcement moving towards alert level four = eliminate Covid-19, as of 5pm Wednesday 25 March we will be closed.
In the spirit of what is truly essential like food and health services for the lock down to be successful businesses need to close. The most important thing to us right now is health and we all need to do our part.

As our industry (Transport & Logistics) has been granted essential services status 'any entity that keeps vehicles operating for essential work purposes',

So if you do happen to be out and see us at the workshop, PLEASE do not stop in, we are only operating for essential service vehicles and taking isolation protocols very seriously.

Please look after each other. We hope to get back to some sort of normality once all this is over.

PLEASE HELP US TO HELP YOU!
If you are not 100% with your health please do not visit our workshop. Please phone to reschedule your booking. At this stage we are operating with a skeleton staff. All areas are cleaned and disinfected. All team members have been reminded of good hygiene practices, washing hands for at least 20 seconds and drying thoroughly. This will impact slightly on timing of services. Please be understanding and patient with our team. Our team have been informed not to be at work if they are not 100%. Please do not get upset if we need to reschedule. Due to the nature of our business and service there could be a possibility of closure at some stage , if and when we get instructions from Health authorities. We thank you all for your continued support and with a combined effort we will beat this illness. Stay safe, stay well.
