Team BCS boys and our wildcard homies ran round three of the BCS club series yesterday at our Hamilton jam, this round was 10.5 open class and another wildcard round, wildcards continuing fine form and taking it out again! We had young shredder Boston (wildcard) claiming the top spot and getting the win over Floyd (Trendsetters) in the final, again big ups boys awesome display of driving on point and well deserved.

Wrapping up the podium was Team BCS driver Eric grabbing his first podium spot to date taking out 3rd place with some smooth consistent driving throughout the day and battles so well done Buddman.

Again mean as turnout with 20 drivers yesterday so thanks heaps to all the boys that turned up, awesome jams hangs and battles throughout the day and we really appreciate the support.

MANAWATU RC DRIFT CHAMPS 2026

A handful of Team BCS set off on tour over the weekend down to Palmerston North for the Manawatu rc drift champs.

Firstly we want to give a massive thanks to Vinny & Terry and all the organisers and everyone else who attended and travelled afar to make this event possible, super fun event and one we always look forward to attending so again what a awesome weekend away with the team and all the other boys we get to catch up with.

Results wise not the most successful for the team but nonetheless a epic weekend away, we had Jimi van Garderen picking up 2nd place in the restricted class, and also Jimi picking up 2nd place in the show and shine. Massive congratulations to him and also to all the other winners throughout the comp, you guys definitely put it on so big ups to you all.

Again lastly thanks to all the event organisers, all the judges that helped out, the comp winners and everyone who attended and made this event possible.
And to our boys cheers for making the trip down and making it a weekend to remember this weekend is always one to look forward to with the vibes and good times we have and this one was no different lol so shot boys!

Team BCS boys held our second round of the 2026 bcs club series yesterday at our Hamilton jam, this was a 17.5 restricted class round, again another awesome day with the boys good jams and battles had on a super fun track layout.

We had Simon taking the win in the final against Danimal in second place with Jimi rounding up the podium in third place.
Cheers to all the boys for a awesome day and here’s looking forward to round 3 (that being a wildcard round again)

Team BCS boys and wildcards kicked off the new season for the 2026 BCS CLUB SERIES yesterday at our Hamilton jam.
This year we have changed it up a little bit again and have introduced wildcard rounds to include drivers from other clubs to participate in a few rounds of the championship series this year. Although wildcard entrants will not be part of the team BCS points system or receive team BCS club trophies they can still join in making it more fun for all and get them bragging rights. This year again we are running six rounds in the championship and the points system this year will run as follows, (wildcards will not receive points in the championship standing)
Each round places will get :

1st - 50 points
2nd - 46 points
3rd - 42 points
4th - 38 points
5th - 36 points
6th - 34 points
7th - 32 points
8th - 30 points
9th - 28 points
10th - 26 points
11th - 24 points
12th - 22 points
13th - 20 points
(2 points less per place onwards)

2nd - 2 points
3rd - 1 point

We had a outstanding turnout for the first round (24 Drivers) and results went the way of our wildcards. we had Codee (Trendsetters) taking the win over fellow team mate Floyd (Trendsetters) Rounding up the podium was Team BCS driver Geordan taking out 3rd place over Jimi.

2025 TEAM BCS CLUB SERIES

Well were done and dusted with another season wrapped up, yesterday we had our final round for the championship club series and it didn’t disappoint, this year it came right down to the wire and literally down to the last battle of the year to determine the podium places with only a few points between 2nd - 4th, that being said again what a awesome year it’s been in a tight championship club series.
Congratulations again to all our boys!!
Also a special mention needs to go out to Jimi for 4 x consecutive titles in a row.

Team BCS held our fifth and penultimate round of the 2025 club series over the weekend, this was open class round, was a lil down on the numbers of usual boys but we still made it work and had a good comp, we had Jimi taking the win in the final against Simon, rounding up the podium this round was Geordan picking up third place. With one round to go the race for second and third is close in the championship.

Morning all,
The 2025 Waikato Champs rc drift comp was held yesterday and it sure didn’t disappoint, here’s a post with the official results and some pictures attached of our events winners.

Again a huge thank you to all the people who attended and made this event possible. whether travelling from afar we had a couple of the boys hop over the ditch from Australia for this or if you are a local a big thank you, to all the sponsors Frankton Model Shop , Zerofire to event organisers, judges who helped and to all the competitors you all played a part in making it one of the biggest Waikato champs yet, so once again thank you.

Few of the boys headed up north to HEXLab RC Drift Shop for the matsuri.
Such a awesome day jamming with all the different crews, always fun hunting doors with all you boys too many to mention, massive thanks to Justin Rood, Ben Efits and all the HEXLAB team up there for another outstanding event, again always so accomodating and providing the vibe for everyone, cheers again team we really appreciate these events.

Congrats to the winners of the main comp outstanding driving as per usual. We did have Jimi & Greg winning the team battles with team yokomo drivers Dillenger & Haydn against team Manji Klan in the final, team bcs drivers Andrew P, Danimal,Geordan & Simon picking up 3rd in the team battles comp.

Also had team bcs driver Geordan winning the 2 guys 1 car comp driving with Tudor so well done boys 👏🏼

Overall such a cool event thanks to everyone for making it what it was, the rc drift community certainly is thriving here in NZ.
