A very enjoyable country run today. Driving the back roads from Cambridge to Karapiro road, then to Waipuke Park for morning tea. We carried driving on the Arapuni road, and due to the Arapuni Dam being closed, we drove on the one-lane detour on Powerhouse road managed by traffic lights. Never been on this road before and it was such a treat of a detour. Eventually arriving at the Putaruru Timber Museum to view the Museum and Train World.
After lunch, we celebrated our 10th anniversary with a specially made fruit cake with an edible photo on top.

Our very first club run was revisited today, ten years and still having fun. We have an awesome club with wonderful members. Thanks to all for your continued support and making our outings fun.
Also, thanks to the Auckland Morris Minor Club for celebrating with us.
It was a great combined run.

A very windy buffeting day today.
Met up for a joint run with the Auckland Morris Minor Club for morning tea.
Now off to the Nikau Cave Cafe for lunch.
A great catch up so far.
