Pirongia Action Automotive Your local one-stop workshop just south of Pirongia! In January 2007 we took on our first apprentice and the following year took on our next technician.

We’re a friendly, experienced team you can trust for everything from WOFs, servicing & tyres to diesel tuning, wheel alignments and light engineering - all with honest advice and a smile. Pirongia Action Automotive Ltd began in November 2005, with our mobile truck, servicing local vehicles, tractors and bikes. In July 2006 we moved into our newly built workshop due to workload demand employing another technician to work alongside Grant. In 2010 we increased our workshop area which allowed us to purchase another hoist for use with our computerised wheel alignment machine and to increase our tyre stock substantially. We also purchased a diagnostic scanner. With the increase in workload we recently took on a Service Manager to manage our team. Here is a brief overview of what we can do at Pirongia Action Automotive - ask us if you need anything else done!

- Vehicle inspection reports - to identify if any finance is owing on the vehicle
- Child car seat checks and installation including anchor bolts & tether straps

This ute is an absolute beast. It came in for some minor tuning resets. You should be able to see this at the Cool Car Meet in Pirongia in October- just finalising dates etc. We'll keep you posted.

Had some cool cars in today. X2 1966 Mark 1 Cortinas, the white one is getting restored at Alexandra Auto Body Fabrication next door. We also had a 1971 Ford Falcon in for it's annual WOF. The ole classics are getting sorted for some Summer Cruising.

0800...Where's Hamish????....aka the awesome guy who has the MANA wave. Was cracking up so much I got it wrong. Have been corrected. Tomorrow I will go in search of Hamish. Apparently he's on the northern Pirongia bridge. If I find him...I will give him a Friday care package. WE LOVE HAMISH!!!!

PS: We all went to work somewhat disappointed because we DIDN'T see Hamish. I had to work hard to lift the vibe today!
