Sometimes we rock up to a panel shop with a like-for-like replacement car for a client... and sometimes we just rock up with a box of cupcakes and no other agenda than saying thanks 🧁 Huge thanks to the team at Higgins Panel and Paint for having us out and for the ongoing support. We love working with repairers who look after their customers as well as they look after their cars. Watch this space 👀

Today, we had a lovely morning tea with Lisa from Faultless Cars NZ.

As a not-at-fault driver in New Zealand, you have rights and most people have no idea what they are.

The at-fault driver's insurer is responsible. You are entitled to a like-for-like replacement vehicle. You do not have to use your own insurance.
