Great news here as reported from the MSNZ Awards on Saturday. Neither Inky or I could be there to receive the award, but Rebecca (Inky’s daughter) did a wonderful job on our behalf and shared this brilliant news.

"Wonderful news to hear from Inky Tulloch's daughter Rebecca that Inky is improving - he's talking, eating and out of hospital just in the last few days. Everyone stood to honour a popular competitor. Congratulations to Inky and John Mcintyre on their NZ three hour endurance championship title."

Day started well and going to plan. Inky brought the car to me in the lead. After 3 laps the car would shut off intermittently. We pitted to change the battery but that didn't change anything. Struggled on to finish 5th. Just not our day but still good points and a clean and very fast car heading to Timaru

Car 12 has done the job, 5th in the 1st round of South Island Endurance! Plenty of drama around us and we just plugged away at it to grab points. Not bad for a car that got pulled out of the shed at the last minute. Quick celebration for the awesome team and then a mega effort to make Ruapuna in the Camaro.
