Why does a tyre shop sponsor a fashion show?

Because back in 1998 our very own, then Kelly-Anne Beattie won the overall Award of Excellence at the Hokonui Fashion Design Awards.

Not long after, she met a handsome young tyre fitter named Dean Findlay and the rest is history!

Today, Kelly-Anne fills her love of creativity and fashion as a Hokonui Fashion Design Awards committee member.

Our crew work incredibly hard every day, but over the last month they still made the time to clean up their work vehicles and take part in the Tussock Country Ute Muster and the Gore Truck Show.

We are really proud of the pride they take in looking after their vehicles, but even more than that, we love seeing them bring their families along and make these outings part of the wider Carters Gore family.

A special congratulations to Rob for defending his title for Best Isuzu at the Truck Show. Well done to all of our team that worked together to help for both these events, super proud of you all.
