We’ve been enjoying plenty of our new Timor Leste Single Origin this week and thought we’d share a little bit about it.

This coffee comes from Cooperativa Café Timor, a cooperative that supports thousands of farming families across the mountain regions of Timor Leste. Coffee plays a huge role in local communities there, helping provide income and opportunities for families throughout the country 🇹🇱👏

In the cup you’ll find notes of black tea, malted chocolate and raisin. It’s juicy, medium-bodied and makes a fantastic filter coffee, whether you’re brewing with a Chemex, V60 or plunger.

If you’re looking for something delicious to get you through the week, this one is definitely worth a try.

What a wonderful send off at the this morning! A total sell out!!

Its been a wonderful 10 plus years and we are sad to end this chapter but are so looking forward to what’s coming next for our little coffee company!

We really are nothing with out all youre wonderful support and encouragement over the years.

Kia Ora Coffee Lovers❤️❤️❤️

Well we are just about at the end of the working week and getting ready for the market this Saturday☀️

This may come as a shock but this will be our last Saturday at the market😪

Our little coffee roasting business is evolving and we need to direct our energy in different areas of the business

It’s been almost 11 years at the market and we have loved every minute of it❤️❤️ We will miss all you’re wonderful faces,the chats and the banter but it is time to make a change.

So what does this mean for the coffee lover at large. We are selling coffee for home at in grey street Monday to Saturday 6 30am to 2pm. They also make delish coffee to drink on site. 🤙🤙

Alternatively you can get coffee for home from the wonderful folk or .wainui ☀️

We also run a delivery on Wednesday to local coffee lovers. You can order through our webstore and select “free Wednesday Delivery” at the check out. Super easy!
