Customer Relations/Vehicle Service Agent

We’re seeking a Customer Relations/Vehicle Service Agent super star to work across our city and airport locations in Gisborne. Your responsibilities will include:
o Being a manager of first impressions, greeting customers and facilitating the start of their car rental journey in a smooth and efficient way
o Being continually customer centric and striving to exceed customer expectations
o Efficiently processing customer rental transactions
o Cleaning and grooming our fleet of vehicles and ensuring they are prepared for hire
o Undertaking damage assessment and reporting findings
o Undertaking vehicle checks on presentation, cleanliness, body condition and basic standard mechanical checks
o Assisting with obtaining vehicle registrations and certificates of fitness
o Assisting with the collection and delivery of vehicles to and from the airport, city wash bay, overflow parking and to off-site suppliers
o Contributing to overall branch sales performance
o General administrative tasks as required.
To apply you’ll need:
o Full driver’s license
o Good attention to detail
o Fantastic time management and ability to multi-task
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o High level of computer literacy
o Confidence in selling products to suit our customer requirements
o Experience working with reservation systems or within a similar industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
