To all our Feilding Automotive customers:

The workshop will be closed during Level 4 Lockdown. Stay home, keep safe and let’s get back to normal as soon as possible.

Unfortunately Ben & Amelia are stuck down South, so if you do have an emergency during the the next few days it is best to contact a normal breakdown service (ie AA Roadside) or get in touch with one of our other local Feilding workshops.

We will update after the next announcement.

We are looking for our next talented team member. We have opening for an automotive technician to join our small but busy workshop. You will be joining a fun and dedicated team, who pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and repairs.

We know there are lots of opportunities out there for mechanics so what makes this opportunity different?

Feilding Automotive is a well-established business with a great reputation in our small town but we don’t only live to work. We value having a work life balance and as much as we want the business to grow, we believe in professional and personal development for our staff and ourselves.

You will join a young, vibrant, and motivated team who work together to find the best solutions for our customers.

The role will involve all the usual aspects that a mechanic role usually involves, servicing, diagnostics, and repairs but more than anything we are looking for someone with an awesome attitude who wants to grow their own skills and challenge themselves. While we do not have all the resources of a larger workshop if you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn and can be a team player this role is the opportunity for a change of pace and a new challenge.

If you are a qualified mechanic with your WOF ticket we would like to hear from you, but if you are still in your apprenticeship and think Feilding Automotive sounds like the type of place you would like to work please also get in touch.

Our social media is well overdue an update so let us reintroduce you to Feilding Automotive.

We are a small but busy automotive workshop based in Feilding, Manawatu.

We cover all sorts of automotive work from WOF checks and servicing through to repairs and diagnostic work.

We value building long term relationships with our customers. We want them to have people they trust to maintain their vehicle and keeping them safe on the road.

COVID-19 Update for Customers : Pick up and Drop off service.

At this stage Feilding Automotive will continue to stay open, however we now have the procedures in place to keep our customers, staff and wider community safe:

- Mechanic's will wear gloves and/or use hand sanitiser in customers vehicles.
- EFTPOS machine cleaned between each customer.
- Public areas of the workshop cleaned more frequently including: reception area, front desk and door handles.

We ask all customers who are unwell to stay home and postpone their services for the time being.

We will be operating a pick up and drop off service (within Feilding,) for those unable to make it to the workshop due to self isolation.

If you need to book this service please call the workshop in 06 323 5180 and we will talk you through the procedure to keep you and our staff safe and complying with Government recommendations.
