Thank you for your post. But let get a few things straight.

1 You were sent to me by the New Zealand supplier of these tyres to see if there was a valid claim pending. I did not sell you these tyres,
and have not charged you any moneys relating to them.

2 As for inspecting your tyres I felt there was no need as you showed me excellent photos on your phone that showed the fault clearly.

3 I stand by my statement that the cause of the cracking was low tyre pressure.

4 Whether or not you got a claim from another retailer is strickly up tp their judgement and call.

5 The price range of replacemnt tyres if you recall correctly was from $150 to $250.

You my think i am a bully and that my be true but I called as it is but I do not posts comment whith half truths, you have
persecuted me and my company all because you didn't like my opinion and didn't get your own way.
