COVID-19 Update from Better Care Auto Services.
As you will have heard we are back into Level 3. We will be open under Level 3 Non-Essential Business guidelines on Monday. If you already have an appointment this will stand unless you do not wish to come in. We respect this decision but please give us a call on numbers listed below to confirm if we haven’t contacted you. If you require to book in your vehicle please ring in advance .
Brian and Christine are taking the Level 3 Restrictions seriously and your safety is our No 1 Priority, so strict hygiene measures are being put in place to ensure your safety, as we must operate in a non–physical or non-face to face, the contactless way for now. Payments will be eftpos and online only.
Brian and Christine are available via phone and email, ready to help you. We will take bookings either by emailing [email protected] or 094397896.

As per today's government announcement, we will be open under Level 3 Non-Essential Business guidelines from 10am til 2pm tomorrow to sort our Level 3 guidelines and also parts. If you require to book in your vehicle please ring between these hours if we haven't been in touch for next week. During Level 3 we have decided to work between 9am and 4pm Monday to Thursday, starting next week.

Well we are back to Level 3 so we will be open tomorrow from 10am to 2pm to sort out part etc for jobs and set up with the Level 3 conditions. If needing to re-book or book your vehicle in please ring during this time. From Monday we will be open during 9am to 3pm by appointment only during Level 3. Remember to stay outside the workshop, with a mask on and wait for either Brian or Christine to come to you. Please ring ahead 094397896 to make appointments - if we don't answer please leave a number and we will get back to you as soon as we can - we will be booking in those who missed out due to COVID first. Thanks ahead for your patience in this tough time. Keep safe and remember to be kind to others in this time.

Hope you are all keeping safe in your bubbles. As announced today Leve 4 will continue til Tuesday at 11.59pm. This means that we won’t be open Wednesday at the earliest and it would only be if we were at Level 3 and by appointment. In the meantime if your are an essential worker and your car does breakdown please call us on 021858279. Otherwise if you need to contact us ring 4397896 and leave a message. Any urgent matters please ring Brian 021858279. If you have an appointment booked and we haven’t been able to contact you please phone and leave a contact number so we can rebook you in once we are open. We thank you for your support and wish you and your family safe times during this isolation period.

Brian and Christine are supporting the Government’s decision to move to Level 4 lockdown on the COVID-19 levels. This means as at 11.59pm Tuesday 17th we will be closed for the next 3 days. We will update you after Friday once Government as made a decision. If you need to contact us ring 4397896 and leave a message. These will be cleared daily. Any urgent matters please ring 021858279. Happy New Year. Yes we are back from a great break having family time, rides on the bike and getting jobs done on the farm and around the house. Our hours this year are Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm. Just want to say to all our customers thanks for your support over 2020 and hope you have a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2021.

Hope all is well in your areas of life and you enjoying the school holidays. Winter is upon us so remember to keep yourselves safe on those roads. Remember we are only a phonecall away for all your mechanical needs including tyres, services and general repairs.
Just a note over the next 6 weeks we have limited parking due to water main replacements happening. Please keep this in mind when bringing your car in.
