Something to look at when buying your new trailer.

This is the reason we only run a galvanised rim.

Poor prep or no prep under the paint or powder coat leads to the rim rusting, one stone chip and water gets let in the photos show the end result.

One question I always get is asked is do the imported trailers last.

The one in the photos is about 6 years old now owned by a building company.

They stopped in for a new hydraulic line after cutting it using the digger to drag the trailer around the site, its been slid off a bank in the wet fully loaded so hasn't had an easy life from what they told me.

Still plenty of life left in it.

Another window trailer, this one is a bit bigger 5.2m x 2.4m.

The A frame trolley can be removed from the trailer, load it up in the workshop as the windows are manufactured, load the A frame on the trailer for delivery. Can run several trolleys to save handling and loading times.

Customer is going to fit the frame out.

Custom built 3500kg trailer, made to work with several trolleys, that can be loaded in the work shop, loaded on the trailer then delivered to sites without double handling the finished product.

Trailer has the Al-ko 3500kg brake kit, had a duragalv frame with a paint finish.
