Well once again I’ve gone and done it I stuffed up and on Friday got caught under my press break had to get the fire brigade in and get them to remove it off my body!
i had obviously my angel looking over me because circumstances being and the positions of certain things saved my life we will be out of action for the next couple of weeks if you have small little jobs we can see to them please get in touch but if they’re major jobs then have patience and please still get in touch but will organise a time to perform the job that you guys require
thanks to a heater that got sacrificed and a body that seems to survive these situations I’m now a little bit more secondhand than I’m used to!! I’m in hospital waiting for surgery thank you Lily you’re a lifesaver you performed well under the pressure and the stress of everything that was happening
To the fire brigade and the ambos that did such a great job that Ltd my injuries or I wouldn’t be here

A lot has been going on pep’s
I’m all well and rested and recovering fast as usual
It looks like I’ve found a new premises so Lily and myself will be setting it up over the next month we will take on a few small jobs and welding repairs soon as I want to sort the shop out first before any major projects will be taken on
And this will give me more time to recover properly
Thanks for the well wishes it was heartfelt and good to see I’m still wanted here

To keep my loyal customers up to date on sat I had a moderate heart attack and was rushed in to ED to have an urgent procedure were I got 2 stents and a lot of blood clot removed
I’ve come through the whole procedure okay
But know need R&R we are currently moving shop premises but this is going to take a little longer than I was expecting due to the new situation that arose!
I’m glad to have a new member on board her name is Lily!
I’ll be training her up
She will be able to handle limited tasks by herself but under my guidance we will be able to do what we could do before so please have a bit of patience in the interim we will be all go in February and I’ll get it out there the new location

What a fortnight designed built and tested a smoker
Feed over 70 people
All round really happy
Design started with an air receiver 140 gallon off an industrial air compressor then it grew from there
Design and build as it grew changing designs and lots of you tube study and research
Off set smoker
Reverse smoker
hotbox indirect smoker
Pizza oven
Direct grill
Cold smoker
I have not seen anything like it and anything that can do all of the above
