Last weekend we headed North for the Chrome Horsepower Festival 15th year anniversary celebration with the SSC Lambo in its new livery to stretch its legs in round 4 of the Roll Race NZ series, with a few 1/4 mile runs at the night drags. Some tough competition and close racing (some closer than we would like) But Dan managed to bring it home for the win in 4wd turbo class. We are stoked for Dan and the progression of the new build.

Based on the dominant 1974, 1975 and 1976 World Rally Championship-winning Lancia Stratos, this Lister Bell STR is back in the workshop for some routine maintenance and software updates from completing the build about a year ago.
Now it's back on the dyno for a check up.
Love the sound of the itbs sucking in that Southern hemisphere.

Big congratulations to Josh for winning round two of the 2WD Roll Race NZ at NZ Japfest! Josh was having a bit of sideways fun over at the drifting, right after a run he thought he'd line up for the Roll Racing and ended up taking out 1st place for the 2WD class. Not a bad way to end a great day 🤙🏼
