About the Role
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that supports the day-to-day operations of the entire dealership. You'll work alongside every department, helping ensure the business operates efficiently while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.
No two days are the same! You could be:
📸 Photographing newly arrived vehicles
📱 Creating engaging social media content
🤝 Welcoming customers and delivering exceptional service
🚗 Assisting with vehicle purchasing and appraisals
📋 Coordinating administration and office duties
🚚 Organising vehicle movements and logistics
✨ Maintaining the presentation of our dealership and vehicles
🎉 Assisting with customer handovers and deliveries
Key Responsibilities
✔ Supporting the day-to-day operations across all departments
✔ Creating and managing social media and marketing content
✔ Preparing professional online vehicle listings
✔ Assisting with stock management and inventory control
✔ Supporting vehicle purchasing processes
✔ Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional workplace
✔ Helping the team achieve its goals and continue growing
About You
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
✅ Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
✅ Takes pride in producing high-quality work
✅ Has excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Is confident using computers, social media, and digital systems
✅ Is proactive, reliable, and enjoys taking initiative
✅ Works well independently and as part of a team
✅ Holds a full New Zealand driver's licence
✅ Has an interest in the automotive industry (preferred but not essential)
